Q: How does a Vintage shirt fit? Will it fit the way same as my regular shirt?

A: We encourage all customers to take one of their favorite shirts and measure it. We use the classic "Pit-to-Pit" and "Length" measurements. You can determine them by following the diagram below. Measurements for all garments are located within the description of the product. Bottoms get the "Waist" and "Inseam" measurements, but Shorts will get the "Width" and "Length" measurements. 

Remember, all sales are final. So please look at the details and measurements of the garments you are interested in purchasing. Some of these shirts have shrunk or been stretched over time. We include such details for you to find the best fitting Vintage tees! 

Q: Do you have this shirt in other sizes?

A: We typically only stock one unit, of one particular size of these items. Rarely will we receive multiple units and/or sizes of a garment. If by any chance we do, they tend to Deadstock items.

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?

A: It takes about 2-3 business days to process and ship out orders. For information on shipping time, please refer to the "How long will it take to receive my package?" section below.

Q: Am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, but cancellation must be submitted via e-mail (vintage@roundtwostore.com) before the order goes out. Once your order gets shipped out, there is no way of cancelling the order. That being said, if you need to cancel, please send us a request within 12-hours of placing your order!

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?

A: About 3-5 business days from when the refund was issued. We send refund confirmations via e-mail, but if you didn't receive one, contact us and we'll send you the details.

Q: Can I return items I bought?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Although, there are some occasions when we do:

  1. If there was a mistake in the item description (measurements were wrong, etc.).
  2. If you received the wrong item.

If you have any concerns about the items you ordered, please contact us.

Q: The items I bought don't fit me. Can I return them, or exchange them for a different item, or for store credit?

A: Unfortunately that is not possible. We add measurements to all garments and purposely disabled "Quick Purchase" capabilities because we want our customers to understand the details of the items they are purchasing. If you're not reading, that's on you. The online store does not offer store credit capabilities.

Q: Are you guys buying?

A: No, the online store does not buy vintage garments. We operate independently from the Brick & Mortar.

Q: Can I use my store credit to buy online?

A: No. Again, the online store operates independently from the Brick & Mortar.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

A: It all depends on the shipping method you choose. Priority is typically faster, and more reliable. Note that shipping on First Class Packages and Priority Mail Regular has been delayed due to COVID-19. International First Class and International Priority orders can take from 1-3 months to be delivered depending on location. For now, we only ship USPS, so please visit their website FAQ for status updates and how they are handling packages during COVID-19.

Q: What if my order was not delivered?

A: We send out all our packages with tracking. If the tracking on your order states that it was delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact us and we will contact USPS. USPS will then physically geo-locate the address where the package was delivered.

Currently, USPS is not accepting international deliveries to several countries. Please refer to this link for more information.
